Aqua

Poetry Colorized in a Moment

A broken color wheel has stopped on aqua

Pointing out both blue and yellow

The sea here stirs dreams into water

Spilling over into inlets

Mingling with fish and rocks

A place where the body floats weightlessly

Arms like silken banners

Coasting on wind that seems aqua too

I go onward

Through the rosy-hued sunset

And the darkest nights of salty waves

There is hope as long as the orange sun is out there

And the possibility of

The aqua water spilling again

Into sea-worshipping dreams
